Hello and welcome to Affiliated Waterproofing; a division of Affiliated Roofers. We are Vancouver-based waterproofing company, specializing in the application of waterproofing membranes to all surfaces within construction and renovations, from foundations, basements, decks and roofs. We service both residential and commercial buildings. Affiliated Waterproofing is supplied by BASF Canada; the industry leader in safer manufacturing and distribution of liquid applied waterproofing products.

Our liquid waterproofing membranes cure to form a seamless membrane with excellent physical properties.  Liquid membranes are applied using an industrial roller or trowel.  Prior to application, the surface is prepared to building code standards and each step of the process is inspected fully by our master waterproofing applicators.

Our liquid membrane description is as follows: HLM 5000 which is a single component, bitumen modified, polyurethane based waterproofing membrane that cures by reaction with atmospheric moisture to form a tough membrane.

HLM 5000 protects structures from water penetration while remaining flexible to handle the nominal expansion and contraction of substrates. HLM 5000 is recommended for waterproofing exterior below grade concrete and between concrete slab applications.

Sonneborn systems which are time-tested products used to make commercial buildings more durable, sound, comfortable, safe and attractive. They enhance the buildings value and extend their useful life. Sonneborn systems include Sonolastic sealant systems, Sonoshield waterproofing systems, Sonoguard and Conipur Deck Coating systems along with innovative elastomeric coatings, high build coatings, cold weather coatings, surface prep/block filler, cures and liquid surface treatments.
