Our President has set safety as our top strategic priority and our company standards are often higher than those set by our regulatory bodies. All of our employees work hard to ensure that our worksites exceed all provincial safety regulations. This ensures that the safety of all our workers, our client’s employees and their property are well protected.

At Affiliated Roofers we have instituted a top down approach and a bottom up commitment. Involvement in our safety program instils a positive attitude in our everyday work practices. We have a fully developed dedicated health and safety team that has created comprehensive safety programs and practices. It provides regular training, education and monitors our work sites to ensure that our employees work in compliance with all our safety standards.

Affiliated realizes that safety is more than just policies and procedures. Safety comes alive when our leaders, managers, supervisors, foreman and workers all take ownership of safety by leading through examples. We believe that this is how we achieve and maintain a genuine “safety culture” within our workforce.
